An established, family‑run business is seeking a proactive and people‑focused HR Advisor to join its team. With multiple UK sites and a strong emphasis on valuing its people, this organisation is committed to maintaining a supportive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace.

Location: West London + Multi‑site travel (London, Bath, Bristol & Manchester)

Salary: ÂŁ25,000-ÂŁ30,000 (pro rata)

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, flexible hours across 5 days

This is a fantastic part‑time role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the ability to influence HR practice across multiple sites. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations and offering expert guidance on a broad range of people matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first‑line HR advice across all employee relations matters
  • Lead onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes
  • Support managers with probation reviews and performance processes
  • Coordinate learning and development activities and training needs
  • Monitor and report on absence, supporting managers with next steps
  • Coach and mentor managers to build confidence in handling HR issues
  • Draft and review HR policies and procedures
  • Support and lead recruitment activity across the business
  • Collaborate closely with payroll
  • Occasional multi‑site travel to support local teams when needed
What You'll Bring:
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background in HR within a multi‑site environment
  • Confidence in advising and coaching managers
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
