Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday)

What You'll Do
- Lead UCITS fund registrations across European and international markets.
- Manage fund registration and ETF listing projects from end to end.
- Support fund launches, product changes and market expansion initiatives.
- Prepare and submit documentation for fund approvals and exchange listings.
- Ensure compliance with European regulations and key delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, regulators, exchanges and external providers.
- Improve market access processes, controls and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Experience in asset management, fund operations, compliance or legal.
- Strong knowledge of UCITS funds, ETFs and cross-border distribution.
- Proven experience in fund registrations, listings or regulatory filings.
- Understanding of European regulations affecting fund launches.
- Ability to manage complex projects across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, analytical and detail-focused approach to problem-solving.
