An exciting opportunity has arisen for finance business partner to join a fast-paced, commercially focused organisation within its growing global ecommerce and marketplace division.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will act as a key finance partner to stakeholders across Ecommerce, Technology, Marketing, Product and Growth, providing financial insight, challenge and recommendations to support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple commercial functions.

Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting and analysis.

Support month-end, year-end, budgeting and reforecasting.

Lead financial planning and challenge assumptions, risks and opportunities.

Manage and analyse operating costs and CAPEX.

Produce financial models and ad-hoc commercial analysis.

Support business cases, investment appraisals and contract decisions.

Drive strong cost control and financial governance.

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable commercial insight.

Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting and finance processes.

The Ideal Candidate

ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Minimum three years accounting experience.

Strong management accounting, financial reporting and analytical background.

Commercial finance/business partnering exposure highly desirable.

Excellent Excel skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Financial modelling experience advantageous.

SAP and/or Power BI exposure would be beneficial.

Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable challenging stakeholders.

This would particularly suit someone with a strong management accounting foundation who wants to build their career within commercial finance and business partnering , gaining exposure to senior stakeholders in a growing, internationally focused business.
