Due to continued growth and technical projects, they are keen to appoint an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to be based out of the Leicester offices on a hybrid basis, paying a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000.
As an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide and support information services across all divisions, managing and maintaining the group's infrastructure both on-premise and cloud-based.
IT Infrastructure Engineer: Duties- Daily management of core infrastructure (VMware, Storage, Networking, Routers, Switches, Azure)
- Monitor live environment
- Support external & internal clients
- Configuration/Operation/Management of backups
- Install/Configuration - Servers & peripherals
- Configuration/Operation/Management of on-premise & cloud infrastructure
- Configuration/Maintenance of networks
- Administer Windows AD domain
- Create/Maintain technical documentation
- Support hardware & software
- VMware, vSphere, Veeam, Azure Cloud, M365
- Active Directory
- Networking: IP traffic, Firewalls, Routing
