You'll work closely with Trading, Compliance, Operations and senior business stakeholders, advising on complex regulatory developments while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced business.
The Role Key responsibilities will include: Advising on legal and regulatory issues relating to derivatives, repo and securities lending.
Providing guidance on EMIR, UK EMIR Margin Rules, Mi FID II, FCA/PRA requirements and relevant US regulatory frameworks.
Supporting the implementation and interpretation of evolving regulatory requirements across Global Markets.
Advising on clearing arrangements, transaction reporting and capital-related regulatory issues.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of market documentation, including terms of business and regulatory disclosures.
Partnering with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Front Office and Operations on complex regulatory matters.
