Key responsibilities:

  • You will offer commercially astute advice on a wide spectrum of Employee Relations and employment law matters, contributing significantly to our regional Employee Relations strategy.
  • Your role will also involve providing direct support to specific client groups within both front office and support functions.
  • You will manage employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, litigation case management, and oversee restructuring or reorganisations, performance management.
  • Additionally, you will work on projects related to M&A activities and adapting to regulatory changes.

  • You have a legal qualification from the UK or Europe, with at least 5 years’ PQE and a background in employment law or Employee Relations within a fast-paced corporate setting.
  • You are capable of multitasking and thriving in a team environment while also being driven, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
