What you’ll do:- Review CVs and conduct phone screenings to identify qualified candidates based on technical criteria and qualifications, ensuring only the most suitable applicants progress.
- Manage multiple sourcing requisitions simultaneously while prioritising tasks effectively to meet hiring needs and business requirements.
- Support Talent Acquisition Business Partners by screening applicants and narrowing the pool to ensure recommended candidates align with departmental goals.
- Build pipelines of candidates for future business needs by proactively talent pooling and supporting Diversity & Inclusiveness priorities within recruitment strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process, including managing offers and salary negotiations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times, adhering strictly to company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop strong working relationships with department managers by anticipating their needs and recommending talented, diverse candidates for selection.
- Efficiently use Workday and other recruitment systems, providing visibility on candidate activity through regular reporting to the central recruitment team.
