We have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior PMO Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As an employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior PMO to join a leading global organisation within the Asset Management industry. You will join the organisation’s largest target operating model programme working closely with the PMO Lead. You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience within a high profile programme on a global scale!

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support end-to-end delivery of change initiatives
  • Maintain and update RAID logs and project plans
  • Prepare documentation for Steering Committees and key governance forums
  • Take minutes, track actions, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Contribute to project governance, reporting and tracking
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, PMs and senior leadership
  • Help ensure project controls and standards are followed

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years experience in a PMO or project coordination role
  • Exposure to change management or transformation programmes
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop in their PMO career
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
  • Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and levels
  • Eager to learn, develop and take ownership of tasks

Experience within the Financial Services sector would be beneficial (banking, wealth, asset management, etc.) or global organisations.
