The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating on a broad range of commercial agreements including T&Cs, licensing agreements, and supplier agreements.
- Maintaining and updating legal templates, policies and procedures.
- Providing clear, practical and robust advice which facilitates business needs whilst mitigating key risks and challenges.
- Working collaboratively and proactively with other business areas and external counsel to ensure best practices across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes :
- UK-qualified lawyer with NQ – 2 years\’ PQE gained in either a private practice or in-house environment (however all candidates will be considered on merit). Senior paralegals will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law is essential; experience in either corporate, real estate, employment, litigation or construction will be beneficial but not essential.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commercial awareness with the desire and willingness to learn new areas and skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Confident and calm under pressure, adaptive and resilient to changes, with a positive can-do attitude.
