What you'll do

  • Maintain and update the UCITS product roadmap, ensuring trackers, version control, and stakeholder-ready summaries are accurate and regularly refreshed.
  • Coordinate inputs for product assessments, governance papers, and planning materials, ensuring information is complete, structured, and aligned across stakeholders.
  • Support PRD leadership forums, including agendas, pre-reads, meeting logistics, action tracking, and follow-up management to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Produce high-quality presentations, briefing packs, and reports by synthesising complex information into clear narratives, visuals, and leadership-ready outputs.
  • Provide ongoing governance and reporting support, including status updates, recurring communications, and maintenance of key trackers and documentation.
  • Act as a coordination point across cross-functional teams, supporting delivery of planning cycles, projects, and light resource or forecasting inputs where required.
