An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Interim Financial Controller to join a dynamic team in Berkhamsted, supporting their Group Financial Controller.
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of unreconciled accounts, ensuring completion and accuracy
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate and business partner with other business units
- Assist the Financial Controller in ensuring a smooth audit process
- Lead the redesign of the month-end closing process
- Guide and mentor junior members of staff
- Work closely with executive team
