Internal Sales Executive Rossendale £30k - £35k + Quarterly Bonus (OTE 10K Per Annum) A well-established business within the electrical wholesale sector is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join its successful team in Rossendale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional with electrical wholesale experience to join a growing organisation that values long-term customer relationships and offers genuine opportunities for career development.

The Role As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Working closely with suppliers and the wider branch team, you'll ensure customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of medium to large customer accounts.

Build strong relationships with existing customers, delivering a consistently high level of service.

Prepare quotations, process orders and proactively follow up outstanding opportunities.

Identify opportunities to maximise sales and grow existing accounts.

Liaise with suppliers to source products and meet customer requirements.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Support the achievement of branch sales and gross margin targets.

Resolve customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems.

About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in an Internal Sales position within the electrical wholesale industry.

Experience managing key or high-value customer accounts.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

Experience using CRM, ERP or sales management systems.

A full UK driving licence.
