Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Implementation Specialist to join our growing delivery team. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding of NHS customers onto our referral management and advice & guidance platform. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels-clinicians, managers, and IT teams-to ensure smooth implementations, effective adoption, and measurable outcomes.
This is a pivotal role in bringing our technology to life for NHS partners, requiring both technical fluency and excellent relationship-building skills.
