Robert Walters is partnering with a leading organisation within their industry to recruit a Treasury Assistant for their highly respected Finance team in Huntingdon. This role involves supporting daily cash management, payments, and banking controls within a large, complex corporate environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate treasury records and ensuring smooth, time-critical operations. This is a permanent role.
Key responsibilities:- Reconcile group bank accounts and prepare daily cash positions
- Coordinate payments, BACS files, and bank authorisations
- Maintain bank mandates, authorised signatories, and intercompany transactions
- Support EMIR reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Customer Services, and IT teams
- Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent treasury experience
- Proven experience in a large corporate organisation is essential
- Sharp, diligent, and able to work accurately under pressure
- Strong Excel skills and experience with treasury systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
