Lead the transformation and optimization of workforce hierarchy solutions as a Product Manager in our Core HR Data team, driving innovation, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, global environment. As a Product Manager for Workforce Hierarchies, you will design and deliver innovative solutions that enable dynamic, business-aligned organizational structures, collaborating with global teams to enhance employee experience, reporting, and business value.

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for hierarchy management, including the development, integration, and continuous improvement of custom, flexible hierarchy models that differ from the standard manager and cost center hierarchies. You will partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions that support the firm's evolving needs. You will champion the voice of the customer, drive process re-engineering, and ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Our global team spans India, the UK, and the US, fostering a diverse, collaborative, and innovative environment. You will work alongside Analytics Advisors, AI & Research, and Workforce Planning, with regular opportunities for mentorship, learning, and senior leadership engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for flexible workforce hierarchies, aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the design, rollout, and enhancement of hierarchy models.
  • Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive adoption of discovery-oriented product management practices.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Technology to define requirements, resolve process pain points, and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Oversee data architecture and ensure data quality, security, and effective management for hierarchy processes.
  • Drive process simplification, automation, and change management, including regular data refreshes, mapping templates, and workflow improvements.
  • Provide insightful reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and measure product success.
  • Champion user experience, gathering feedback and iterating on solutions to meet manager and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Address known challenges including data quality issues, audit transparency, governance gaps, and integration across hierarchy types.
  • Collaborate with business owners, hierarchy administrators, and advisory teams to ensure accurate, timely updates and alignment with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in product management within HR or Finance related field.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale product initiatives, preferably in HR, data, or organizational design.
  • Deep understanding of workforce hierarchies, organizational design, and HR data architecture.
  • Knowledge of hierarchy administration, data quality management, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks).
  • Strong experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP) and process re-engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design thinking, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and driving adoption of new workflows.
