JP Morgan Chase is seeking an HR Wellness Consultant to join their EMEA pensions and benefits team for a 9-month maternity leave cover, based in either London or Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of approximately 31,000 employees across 37 countries by supporting and delivering a comprehensive regional wellness agenda.
As part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, you will play a vital role in promoting, coordinating, and enhancing onsite wellness initiatives that align with the firm’s global strategy. What you'll do:

- Manage logistics for health campaigns and events—ranging from flu vaccinations to mini health checks—to help drive participation rates and improve overall health outcomes.
- Analyse data to measure success and shape future initiatives.
- Provide essential support to both employees seeking guidance on wellness matters and vendors delivering critical services.
- Collaborate closely with the Wellness team to promote, coordinate, and deliver engaging onsite wellness initiatives and events throughout the EMEA region in alignment with the Global Wellness strategy.
- Prepare and coordinate wellness-related communications such as podcasts, slide decks, and display materials to raise awareness about available support resources.
- Design and support activities aimed at promoting onsite medical services and increasing their utilisation among employees.
- Build, review, and maintain intranet content to ensure continuous improvement in the employee journey and overall experience.
- Support the rollout of onsite wellness campaigns including mini health checks and annual flu vaccination programmes to encourage participation.
- Assist with event management by organising speakers, partnering with communications teams, updating marketing channels, and creating posts on platforms like Teams.
- Support the network of UK Wellness Champions while contributing to plans for expanding this network across the EMEA region.
- Work alongside the EMEA Wellness Manager in designing, developing, and delivering regional wellness agendas and programme content.
- Coordinate metrics collation to better understand the impact of wellness initiatives, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
- Respond promptly to employee queries regarding the wellness programme using internal systems such as ServiceNow and dedicated mailboxes while signposting relevant resources.
