About the Role: As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the London team employees, as well as providing occasional support to a smaller international office. Reporting to an experienced HR Business Partner, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some prior HR experience who's eager to learn and develop their skills further. This is a generalist role, offering exposure across all areas of HR.

You'll be responsible for:

  • On-boarding Contracts: Ensuring new hires have a seamless start by managing contracts, right-to-work checks, and background screening processes.
  • Systems Support: Assisting with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Benefits Policies: Acting as the go-to expert for benefits queries and company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Providing day-to-day assistance to the HRBP and key stakeholders across the office.
