We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a great business initially on a 2-month period, with the likelihood of extension. Based from Gloucester, England, you will be paid a day rate dependant on experience.
The main purpose of this role is to provide operational support to leaders, managers and colleagues to deliver a \’best in class\’ HR service across the business.
Within this role your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of the HR strategy and continuing to enhance the delivery of the HR team
- Establishing and developing relationships with people leaders and managers to understand strategies, plans and key challenges
- Coaching, advising, challenging and influencing to ensure that approaches are in line with policies, procedures, best practice and employment law
- Delivering sound generalist HR operational advice
- Supporting the implementation of change management processes
Our successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of UK employment law
- Be able to demonstrate excellent critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Have demonstrable experience of delivering a customer focused employee relations service at a strategic and operational level
- Have the proven ability to think and plan strategically, shape next stage service improvement and deliver to agreed timelines
- Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of employment legislation, regulations and standards
- Have experience of analysing people metrics and developing systems to deliver quality information that supports business decisions
