An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Analyst to join a forward‑thinking Human Resources Transformation team in London, supporting a major change initiative over an 6‑month contract. What you’ll do:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders through interviews, workshops, focus groups, and other methods to gather requirements and drive positive change throughout all phases of transformation projects.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to translate valued needs into clear requirements using appropriate Agile techniques and artefacts.
- Support the development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) by contributing to the creation of comprehensive business process maps that align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed investigations into existing business processes and policies to understand the impact of proposed changes and ensure alignment between technical solutions and organisational goals.
- Resolve queries, issues, and ambiguities as they arise during project delivery by maintaining open lines of communication with all relevant parties under the guidance of the Solution Lead.
- Document HR processes and policies accurately while translating complex HR requirements into actionable technical specifications when necessary.
- Utilise Agile principles to continuously improve team practices, ensuring requirement traceability is maintained as projects progress through sprints or iterations.
- Contribute towards establishing best practices within the team by sharing insights gained from analysis activities and supporting ongoing learning initiatives.
- Assist in testing new functionalities, preparing business users for adoption, and supporting overall business readiness for implemented solutions.
- Champion user‑centric approaches throughout all aspects of project work to ensure outcomes are practical, effective, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
What you bring:
- Professional certifications such as Prince2 Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Business Analysis or SCRUM are advantageous but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Proven experience conducting Agile business analysis within complex organisations involving cross‑functional teams.
- Sound knowledge of IT project delivery lifecycles coupled with familiarity in development processes relevant to HR transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated skill in process documentation, mapping, analysis, and developing deep business knowledge quickly within new contexts.
- Experience gathering requirements using Agile methods with a user‑centric mindset focused on practical outcomes for stakeholders.
