An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NQ-5 year PQE Housing Litigation Solicitor to join a leading commercial law firm. This firm is looking for an individual who can make a real impact and contribute to their ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be part of a team of experts and progressive thinkers in one of the firm's core markets - housing.
What you’ll do:
- Advising social landlords on a wide range of housing management issues
- Handling possession claims and injunction claims
- Providing legal advice on anti-social behaviour litigation
- Dealing with cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Managing breach of tenancy claims and social housing fraud
- Working on access injunctions for gas and electricity safety
- Resolving failed succession cases and service charge disputes
