Paid Search - Leeds (Hybrid) - £40k-£45k Join a tight knit digital agency wanting to grow out their paid media offering. You'll get to be a huge player in expanding the PPC offering within the company. Based twice a week in Leeds. Role: Manage the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of hands-on paid media campaigns on Google Ads. Act as a key point of contact for SME clients, delivering performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Build, monitor, and report on multi-channel campaigns while ensuring strict adherence to best practices and client KPIs. Provide guidance, quality control, and mentorship to team members working alongside you on accounts. Collaborate on strategy, tracking setup, analytics, and cross-channel improvements. About you:
Proven hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns within a fast-paced agency environment. Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, if you have worked across platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Amazon that's a bonus. Comfortable managing a varied portfolio covering B2B, B2C, and ecommerce brands. Confident client-facing communication skills with a strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights. Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues newer to paid media. Strong organisational skills with familiarity in tools like Looker Studio, GA4, and Tag Manager.
