Salary: GBP115000 – GBP135000 per annum

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Head of Transformation to join their senior leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this strategic role will oversee a portfolio of high-profile, enterprise-wide change initiatives across multiple business areas and functions.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the successful delivery of large-scale, complex change programmes.
• Build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders across business and technology.
• Lead the design and execution of a 3-year transformation roadmap.
• Provide direction, oversight and challenge to project and programme teams.
• Manage risks, benefits, and dependencies while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skillset and Experience:

• Strong track record of delivering complex and difficult transformation initiatives within investment management.
• Ability to think outside the box with a quizzical, solution-focused mindset.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across varied business areas.
