A fantastic opportunity to work in a listed leading commercial property developer as Head of Financial Reporting. This company are a market leader in terms of innovation and the quality and design of their projects. Specifically looking for candidates who have excellent financial reporting and technical backgrounds, ideally within real estate. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Lead the preparation of all statutory financial statements (Group accounts and subsidiaries) under IFRS (or applicable GAAP). Oversee the preparation of quarterly (management accounts), half-yearly, and annual financial reports. Maintain and enhance financial reporting controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of reported figures. Review of the Interim Report and annual Report and Accounts, which involves proof reading, ensuring consistency throughout the reports and liaison with the auditors. Team Leadership: Manage and develop the financial reporting team, fostering a high-performance culture. Overall management of the financial reporting team consisting of five accountants.
