Our client, a successful and growing business based in the Black Country, is looking for a Head of Finance to lead their finance function, provide strategic guidance, and drive financial performance. This is a high-impact role working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, offering the opportunity to shape the company's financial strategy during an exciting period of growth.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance:

Lead and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
