Head of Finance – Permanent – Hybrid – Black Country – £65,000 to £75,000
Our client, a successful and growing business based in the Black Country, is looking for a Head of Finance to lead their finance function, provide strategic guidance, and drive financial performance. This is a high-impact role working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, offering the opportunity to shape the company's financial strategy during an exciting period of growth.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance:

Lead and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.

Act as a strategic advisor to the Board, providing insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Produce accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and performance dashboards.

Key essentials of the Head of Finance:
