This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to oversee financial operations, strengthen financial controls, deliver strategic insight, and play a pivotal role in supporting continued growth and success. Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance: Lead the finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting to senior stakeholders. Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making. Oversee cashflow management, working capital, and treasury activities.
