* Lead a team of 25 finance professionals in a supportive and collaborative culture focused on professional development and operational excellence. * Drive process improvement initiatives including automation, digitalisation, and system upgrades to enhance efficiency and scalability. * Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Legal, Procurement to ensure data accuracy, prevent revenue leakage, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
