We are partnered with a consultancy helping leaders and organisations harness and transform their futures. This role is designed to unlock new routes to growth by changing how teams think and work - building the mindset and ways of working that strengthen focus, decision-making and follow-through on the opportunities that matter most.
You will lead complex growth projects from initial scope and design through to delivery and scaling. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and the wider growth team, coaches, programme management, designers and leadership team. This role is for someone who can combine consulting with exceptional session design and facilitation skills. Someone who wants to learn and apply the businesses growth approach and existing playbook - creating lasting impact for teams, the client relationship and their own ongoing development.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting initial meetings with key client stakeholders to define project brief and develop a cohesive narrative.
- Designing learning objectives that can be tracked and measured throughout the programme.
