A great opportunity to join a leading Energy company as Group Reporting Accountant on a 12 month contract basis. Based in London, the role will support the preparation of Group consolidated accounts.
A great opportunity to join a leading Energy company as Group Reporting Accountant on a 12 month contract basis. Based in London, the role will support the preparation of Group consolidated accounts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading timely delivery of Statutory accounts
- Leading project reporting
- Maintaining Intercompany reporting
- Analysing working capital
- Working closely with external auditors and supporting annual audit process
- Improving financial reporting systems and processes
- Supporting implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
- Ad hoc reporting as required
The candidate:
- Qualified accountant, ideally practice trained
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience working on Group consolidations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and produce high quality results
- Advanced IT skills
