A growing PE backed technology business is seeking a Group Accountant, a newly created role due to growth. This role will involve the consolidation of financial results across international entities along with ensuring accurate group reporting. This is a key position in supporting compliance with statutory obligations and maintaining robust financial controls. You will also drive improvements to processes, systems and work closely with the FP&A team in the provision of analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Group consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end close and Group reporting process.
- Support statutory reporting requirements and liaise with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Provide technical accounting support on complex or non-routine transactions.
