What youâll do:
- Lead technology change deliveries to meet strategic, regulatory, and renovation goals.
- Plan and communicate effectively with Agile squads, delivery teams, and senior management.
- Drive Finance Data Governance initiatives: update data dictionary, implement attribute/dataset controls, manage feed governance and data lineage.
- Manage stakeholders, run working groups, and ensure smooth projectâtoâBAU transitions.
- Maintain documentation and follow governance processes (1LOD/2LOD/3LOD support).
What you bring:
- 7+ years as Project Manager/Business Analyst delivering complex projects and advancing Data Governance in Basel Capital Credit & Operational Risk.
- Experience working with global IT, Finance, and Risk teams in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum Master or Product Owner roles preferred.
- Knowledge of US Federal Reserve Basel III regulations and Regulatory Reporting (FR-Y9C, FR-Y15, FFIEC-101, FR-Y14A) desirable.
- Experience in Data Governance, Data Lineage programs, or as Workstream/Delivery Lead.
- Expertise in Trade Life Cycle across Investment Banking products (derivatives, loans, secured financing).
- Skilled in reporting project progress and risks to stakeholders and fleet lead.
- Skilled in end-to-end testing, including analysing requirements to create test scenarios, planning and managing UAT/test cycles with stakeholders, applying testing methodologies to track execution and defects, and implementing process improvements, including test automation where appropriate.
- Skilled in tools like JIRA, Rally, Alteryx, PowerBI; strong MS Excel & Visio skills.
