We are hiring a Data Business Analyst to join a global financial services organization within a large Enterprise Technology function. The role focuses on data requirements, data architecture alignment and ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB, working across multiple technology teams in a complex environment.
Key responsibilities:- Gather and track data and configuration requirements across IT functions
- Work with data architects to define and validate technical solutions
- Analyse data discrepancies and perform data lineage analysis
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Produce and maintain data artifacts and documentation
- Support delivery across multiple projects and programmes
- Extensive experience as a Data Business Analyst
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience (CMDB / AMDB)
- Data architecture and data lineage exposure
- ITSM / ITIL and asset management knowledge
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
