A leading international real estate investment and asset management business is seeking a qualified Fund Controller to join its London-based Investment Finance team. Duration 3-6 months.
You will be responsible for fund reporting, treasury management, compliance and financial controls across a portfolio of international real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fund-level financial and investor reporting.
- Manage month-end close, financial analysis and board reporting.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting and capital activity.
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory and debt covenant requirements.
- Manage relationships with auditors, advisors and key stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, controls and finance systems enhancements.
- Support fund transactions, restructurings and strategic projects.
About You
- Fluent German speaker (essential).
- ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualified.
- Strong experience within real estate, private equity or investment fund accounting.
- Deep understanding of the real estate fund lifecycle, including fund structuring, acquisitions and asset management.
