What you’ll do:
As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Legal and General Counsel, advising on all legal, corporate, and regulatory matters raised by internal departments. You will also assist with drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and advising on a wide variety of corporate and finance contracts.
What you bring:
- You will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 1 year post qualified experience gained from a leading law firm and/or a similar international company.
- Experience providing risk-based legal advice to senior management, internal departments, and overseas offices on corporate and regulatory matters and projects.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond proactively to business needs.
