Our real estate client, a leading player in the industrial real estate sector, is seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join their Portfolio (Asset Management) FP&A team.
What you'll do:
- Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts at the asset level for the standing portfolio.
- Oversee the production of the monthly Tenancy Schedule and associated reporting.
- Business partner with the Asset Management team to produce models and materials to support the approval of CAPEX projects.
- Define and monitor key asset-level KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Support high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, capital markets activity, and new platform developments.
What you bring:
- Progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
- ACA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with planning tools Anaplan is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement, including C-suite and board-facing interactions.
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach.
