What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading client consultations to understand financial goals and offer tailored advice.
- Creating in-depth financial analyses—cash flow projections, retirement strategies, and investment reviews.
- Researching investment options and designing portfolios to suit each client’s risk profile.
- Developing and presenting personalised financial plans with clarity and confidence.
- Supporting clients with ongoing financial needs, ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust.
- Staying up to date with markets, trends, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborating with paraplanners and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Engaging in continuous professional development and training to sharpen your edge.
What You Bring
- Experience in pensions and retirement planning.
- Ideally 1+ year of experience providing financial advice
- DipFA or equivalent (CII/CISI Level 4 qualified minimum).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
