What you'll do: Lead and develop a team responsible for accounting and financial control across multiple property entities and head office management company. Own the month-end close process, reviewing outputs and preparing monthly consolidation to ensure accurate reporting delivered on schedule. Review management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis to communicate key movements, risks, and performance drivers clearly. Prepare statutory accounts and manage external audit processes for relevant entities with meticulous attention to detail. Oversee tax compliance matters including VAT and corporation tax returns by collaborating with internal and external specialists. Monitor cash flow and liquidity closely with FP
