Job: Finance Business Partner (6 Month Contract)
Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
Day rate: £300pd-£400pd
Length of contract: 6 Months
Our client based in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a knowledgeable Finance Business Partner to join their team on an 12 month basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysing financial performance across various business units, identifying risks and opportunities
- Delivering insights during monthly reviews, supporting with strategic development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create reports
- Partnering with senior leadership team to guide financial decisions
- Supporting financial and strategic initiatives, translating metrics into meaningful KPIs
- Developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring alignment with business' long term strategic plan
The ideal candidate:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualifications or equivalent
- Proven track record of Business Partnering with senior stakeholders and building relationships with non-finance stakeholders
- Highly knowledgeable of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Leadership qualities to influence and drive initiatives without direct reports
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI knowledge
