An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business with a strong international customer base.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth movement of goods to overseas customers, managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the order-to-delivery process.

This position would suit an individual with experience in international logistics, export administration, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate export shipments from order receipt through to final delivery.

Prepare and manage all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs paperwork.

Liaise with freight forwarders, hauliers, customs brokers and overseas customers.

Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues.

Ensure compliance with import/export legislation, customs requirements and Incoterms.

Maintain accurate records within ERP and transport management systems.

Work closely with customer service, planning, warehousing and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Provide customers with updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across export and logistics processes.

About You Previous experience in an Export Coordinator, Export Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Shipping Coordinator or similar role.

Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.

Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes.

Experience liaising with freight forwarders and logistics providers.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
