Lead the design of the Firm’s CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and configuration management database

Work closely with various groups such as Architecture, Data Manager, Progress Analysis, Platform DevOps and Program implementation teams

Manage platform requirements for tooling to meet process requirements and adhere to Architecture strategy

Identify and agree on a path to modernisation on the ITAM & ITSM systems Platform

Establish a Platform governance framework by generating clearly documented requirements

As an ETS Subject Matter Professional, you bring extensive experience in technology Project / Program Management guiding development of ITSM solutions. Your expertise in ServiceNow is essential for this role. You have worked extensively with Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Release, Configuration (CMDB), IT Asset, Knowledge, and Reporting in ServiceNow and/or Flexera. Your excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with a methodical approach to dealing with problems across distributed systems, will be key to your success in this role.
