What you'll do
Provide legal and regulatory advice on ESG matters across Vanguard's European products and operations
Support with regulatory change and disclosure projects, including SRD II and the UK Stewardship Code
Draft and review ESG-related reports, disclosures, and statements
Conduct legal research, horizon scanning, and regulatory impact assessments
Work closely with Investment Stewardship and Product Legal teams to deliver pragmatic legal solutions
What you bring
Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE (asset management, private practice, or regulatory experience preferred)
Strong understanding of ESG regulations affecting asset management
Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a dynamic workload
