We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing team in Warwickshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong employment law experience who is looking for a varied caseload, genuine client exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive team.
The Role You will advise a diverse range of clients across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, providing high-quality, commercially focused advice and supporting clients through both contentious and non-contentious issues.
Your responsibilities will include
- Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters
- Managing your own caseload and client relationships
- Providing advice on employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
- Supporting clients with redundancies, restructures and TUPE
- Advising on settlement agreements and termination of employment
- Handling Employment Tribunal matters and associated litigation
- Providing pragmatic advice on day-to-day employment issues
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the employment offering
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice About You We are looking for a qualified Employment Solicitor/Lawyer with solid experience in employment law.
