What You'll Be Doing The successful Employment Partner will Leading and developing the employment practice within the Warwickshire office Advising on complex contentious and non-contentious matters, including high-value tribunal work Providing strategic HR and senior-level advisory support to a diverse client portfolio Driving business development and building long-term client and intermediary relationships across the Midlands Mentoring junior lawyers and raising the team's technical and commercial standards Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's wider practice areas About You A qualified solicitor with substantial employment law experience at a senior level Predominantly respondent-side background: mixed experience also welcomed Strong technical ability across both contentious and advisory work Commercially minded, with appetite for business development and practice growth Leadership presence: able to drive a regional team with confidence and credibility Collaborative by nature, ambitious in outlook, and genuinely client-focused What Sets This Apart Three things distinguish this role from a typical partner-level move.
