A globally recognised creative technology company — whose tools are used every day by designers, photographers, videographers and digital creators worldwide — is hiring an EMEA Community Marketing Lead to take ownership of its professional creative community across the UK.

This role will be responsible for how the brand connects with its most influential users: creators, ambassadors and community leaders. This is a rare opportunity to onboard with a powerhouse in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • You will own the regional community strategy, bringing together events, content, ambassadors and social into one joined-up ecosystem that supports product launches, brand positioning and long-term creator loyalty.
  • Working closely with EMEA and global teams, you will shape how this brand shows up for creative professionals in key European markets, ensuring everything is aligned, culturally relevant and commercially impactful.
  • You will lead the ambassador and creator programmes, identifying and activating top creative talent across campaigns, events and content, while also acting as the internal voice of the community.
  • You will partner with events, social, product marketing and research teams to turn community insight into meaningful action across the business.
  • You will own performance tracking and reporting, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear visibility on what’s working, what’s growing and where the biggest opportunities sit.

This role is for someone with 7-10 years’ experience in community, creator or brand marketing who truly understands how creative professionals engage, influence and build loyalty. You will be comfortable operating in large, international organisations, confident working across markets like the UK, and happy to build scalable programmes that can grow with the business. An experimentation mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine connection to the creative ecosystem are essential. Additional European language is beneficial.

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years’ experience in community, creator or brand marketing.
  • Experience leading large-scale community or marketing programs across multiple markets.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (events, social, product marketing, research) and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate insights into action.

You will be leading community at EMEA scale for one of the most influential creative brands in the world, with real ownership, global visibility and one of the strongest day rates on the market for a role of this level.
