This position requires guiding a highly capable team responsible for the architecture and advancement of a sophisticated, resilient pricing platform integral to Rates/FX markets. You will assume a central role in determining the technical trajectory of this critical system, engaging closely with traders and quant analysts/developers globally.
What you'll do:
- Provide authoritative technical guidance and oversight in the design, development, and continual enhancement of a unified pricing platform supporting Rates and FX e-Trading operations.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, traders, and quantitative analysts to ensure comprehensive understanding of business requirements and their translation into robust technical solutions.
- Interpret intricate business needs to facilitate ideation sessions that inspire refined approaches to platform functionality.
- Uphold organisational policies and standards throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring rigorous compliance in every deployment.
