This is a Divisional Managing Director position leading a standalone division of a high growth Financial Services business in Manchester.
This role is created and is designed to support the group in delivering ambitious but credible plans to more than double the business in the next 5 years and deliver a financial transaction.
Though this role is Managing Director of a division of a wider group, you would have a high level of autonomy and a real mandate to go out and deliver results without micromanagement.
Ultimately this role combines respecting and maintaining the hard work that has generated a genuine high-performance culture and led this division to be the fastest growing, and highest revenue and profit generating businesses within the group looking to improve in all aspects of business performance.
You will report to the Chief Executive and wider board.
You will have experience of: Working in Financial Services in an FCA regulated business Operational leadership of people up to director level Financial management of the P visibility for both the team and the board will be a key factor in your success here.
