We are seeking a motivated and experienced Direct Recruiter to join our on-site recruitment team as part of a high-performing RPO solution for a leading client in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong track record in front office hiring—such as sales, trading, or investment banking—and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. As a Direct Recruiter, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering high-quality hires across key front office business areas. Working in close partnership with hiring managers and other stakeholders, you will proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and provide market insights to support strategic hiring decisions. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Partner to provide end-to-end recruitment services to designated business areas.
- Participate in calls with line managers to understand their hiring needs and facilitate efficient searches.
- Manage recruitment processes using ATS tools such as Workday and Avature.
- Proactively source candidates via multimedia advertising, referrals, networking, databases, and candidate portals.
- Build and maintain the RW candidate database by developing talent pools using CRM systems.
- Develop innovative methods to attract top talent.
- Screen CVs according to business requirements and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Maintain thorough tracking of applicant progress, contacts, and feedback.
- Provide market data and trend reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with SLA targets and all client policies.
