What you'll do
- Design and deliver interactive digital learning solutions, including E-learning courses, micro-learnings, simulations, assessments, and job aids.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend evidence-based learning or alternative solutions.
- Use data, analytics, and evaluation frameworks to measure learning impact and inform improvements.
- Ensure content meets accessibility, brand, and technical standards while incorporating emerging learning technologies.
- Develop and maintain digital tools, templates, and platforms to support learning initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining compliant training records.
