A well-established financial services organisation is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join its internal IT team. This is a customer-facing role supporting users across multiple London offices, providing high-quality technical support while maintaining a secure and modern IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support, managing incidents and requests through to resolution.
- Support Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Manage the Joiners, Movers Leavers process, including user accounts, device builds and software licensing.
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office applications.
- Administer laptops, mobile devices and peripherals, including Apple devices via Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- Troubleshoot networking, telephony, meeting room AV and printing issues.
- Assist with endpoint security, patching, compliance and IT documentation.
- Work with third-party vendors and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Key Skills Experience
- Experience providing Desktop Support within a corporate environment (financial services experience beneficial).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
