Data Operations Lead

Our client is seeking a Data Operations Lead to ensure the seamless delivery and optimization of established data capabilities across their global operations. This pivotal role will manage day-to-day data operations, improve processes, and drive interactions between stakeholders, site data teams, and regional data teams. The successful candidate will create a more structured, proactive operational environment integral to achieving a balanced focus on operations, strategy, and innovative data solutions. As a Data Operations Lead, your role will be central to ensuring the smooth running of our client’s global operations. You will oversee daily operations across various domains including data engineering, science, product development, and analytics. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to good use as you identify areas for improvement in these processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial in promoting effective prioritization and decision-making.
