An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a fast growing business. This role is suited to a commercially focused finance professional who can deliver financial insight while driving business performance and profitability. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead budgeting and forecasting, provide management reporting and analysis, and support decision-making through insights on revenue, margins, pricing, and customer profitability. You will identify risks and opportunities, challenge and influence stakeholders, and drive improvements across reporting, forecasting, and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial and operational leaders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis on revenue, margins, customer profitability, and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and pricing decisions.
  • Provide challenge and support to stakeholders to improve financial outcomes.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, making proactive recommendations to enhance profitability.
  • Produce monthly management reporting packs and performance commentary.
  • Support business cases, tenders, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.

  • Lead and develop finance team members.
